Cancellation Policy

• Payment for procedures are processed day of treatment. Any changes to payment type performed after day of treatment will be assessed a 3% administrative processing fee. • Cosmetic Consultation Fees $100 (It will be applied toward the procedure) • Payment for “in-office services or products” is due in full on the same day. Payment for the consultation is due at the time of scheduling your appointment. • Appointment Cancelation and No-Show Policy We kindly ask for a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-shows or cancelations made within 24 hours of appointment will be billed our scheduling fee.
